This was a pain in my ass

A week ago I thought it would be interesting to draw Sherlock, one of my favourite characters in literature. I started with a sketch of Holmes himself with that smoking test tube. But it looked boring so I added Mrs. Hudson, then I had to add the whole room, then fill the room and then all hell broke loose.
When I had inked the whole mess, I couldn't leave this project unfinished anymore because I had already spent so much time doing it. I was not going to let this task get the better of me. So I worked my ass off and god it felt to good when I finally finished this yesterday. I do hope this was worth it. When it comes to my works I can never tell if it's good or not, I'll become absolutely blind. I only draw to keep myself busy in dull evenings.

I think I'm going to draw nothing but stickmen for the next couple of weeks...
